Who Likes New York Vacations?
New York vacations are not just
for honeymooners and celebrities. You should take
the family on a trip to the Big Apple. Everyone usually likes vacationing
in New York.
With about 250 museums and some
400 galleries in New York, New York City is called the world's greatest art center. These
museums and galleries tell the stories of the culture and people; such as
firefighters, musicians, artists, and performers. The art and
architecture speak volumes and can be an invaluable educational experience
for the whole family. Some of these landmarks are the brainchild of other
nationals. "The Whitney Museum of American Art, located in New York City,
was designed by Hungarian American architect Marcel Breuer".
Although the New York City area landscape has changed since September
11, 2001, it still is the most impressive post card picture of all the
major US cities.
I used to think that everybody knows someone
living in New York - the one of biggest US cities.
What to see on your New York Vacation
You might as well face it... you cannot see all you want to see on one
visit to New York. Remember that the city never sleeps, but you have to
get your eyes shut so you won't be a doze off at Coney Island.
See a Broadway show if possible, and maybe the Brooklyn Academy of Music
if you like these cultural events. Then if you are a sports fan of the
Knicks (basketball), Yankees or Mets (baseball), Rangers (hockey),
Giants
or Jets (football) - depending on the season - take in a game.
Where else can you go on your New York vacations?
And what else can you see? Pelham Bay, Coney Island and Rockaway amusement areas are just of the
exciting park areas to peak your fun. You can also wrap yourself in the
solace of Central Park.
The kids will love a tour of the
Bronx Zoo. I
remember that one whole day was not enough for us on our first visit in
1999. There is so much to see, here. And how about the
Statue of Liberty
and Ellis Island. A visit to these and other important landmarks are not
soon forgotten by the young or the old.

York Pass .
It saves you a great deal of hassle. Don't just stop in New York City...
Make New York vacations bigger and broader... go
up state, across state... There is a whole lot left to see throughout the
state of New York.
If cities were like people, then Albany would
have a right to be jealous. Imagine you're the capital city, but yet you
are not as half as popular as another city whose name is actually the name
of the State! The American
Falls - section of Niagara Falls on the American side of the border with
Canada - is a thrilling attraction in the state of New York. Links to
